Corn peeler for cleaning corn cobs from grains STvega Corn Pel H300, Kyiv

STvega Corn Pel H300 semi-automatic machine is designed for removing grains from cobscorn. The design uses an imitation of manual peeling. The depth of peeling is regulated depending on the size of the corn. Suitable for fresh or frozen corn. It is possible to use the equipment with or without an installed conveyor. The machine is equipped with a reverser, in case of cob jam, the threshing chamber can be easily released.

Working principle:
A special soft and elastic material is used to fix the corn to ensure that the surface of the corn kernel is not damaged during the feeding and clamping process. Before processing, the corn cob must be cleaned of leaves and "hair". The operator, depending on the configuration, feeds the cob into the loading port or places it on the conveyor. Depending on the type, size and maturity of corn, the depth of threshing is experimentally adjusted. Through the unloading port, the corn grains enter the container for finished products, the corn cob exits through the hole on the side of the machine into the container for waste.
