The STvega ST L1200 machine is designed for washing or washing and cleaning fruit and vegetable products depending on the type of shafts installed in the machine. Best for the following foods:potatoes,carrots, beets, ginger,topinambur, celery root and other foods.
This machine is equipped with shafts with a hard brush for washing and cleaning root vegetables.

Principle of operation:
The product intended for washing/cleaning is loaded into the washing tub. Using the control panel, the operator sets the frequency of rotation and the time of operation of the brush shafts and activates the operation of the machine. From above, along the entire length of the wash tub, water is supplied in thin jets. The product is washed/cleaned using rotating brush or rotating corundum shafts for approximately 2 - 5 minutes (depending on the product and degree of contamination). The waste water flows into the tray and through the nozzle can go into a prepared container or directly into the sewer. Next, the operator opens the lid of the washing bath with the help of a lever and the washed/cleaned product enters the discharge chute, and from it - into the container for finished products or to the next stage of technological processing.

It is possible to install different types of shafts on the machine:
– Brush shafts marked MM (soft brush) – for washing any root crops with further processing or further packaging.
– Brush shafts marked ST (hard brush) – for washing and cleaning root crops with further processing or further packaging. Primarily suitable for products with a thin skin, such as carrots, beets or new potatoes.
– CB marking combined shafts – combine corundum and brush shafts for washing and simultaneous cleaning of root crops, at the exit – cleaned root crops for further processing or packaging.
