The STvega Barrel Box L8500 machine is designed for efficient and automated washing of various plastic containers. A two-stage cleaning system allows you to effectively treat a contaminated surface, and a closed water cycle system allows you to significantly reduce water consumption.

The machine is equipped withpumps and containers with nozzles for spraying water and washing solution, special handrails for fixing the containers during passage through the hopper, a remote control panel, which can be used to regulate the water supply, pressure and speed of the conveyor belt.

Principle of operation:
This equipment is made in the form of a tunnel hopper, divided into three sections, in which the surface of the container to be cleaned is processed. Contaminated packaging is placed by the operator on a chain conveyor belt, which is sent to primary processing.

The first stage of processing occurs thanks to the supply of washing solution under high pressure through a system of nozzles. The nozzles are located from different sides along the entire perimeter of the section tunnel, which enables high-quality processing of containers from all sides.

The second stage consists in rinsing the containers with warm water from the washing solution through the nozzle system. At this stage, the container is sterilized and re-cleaned due to the flow of hot water. At both stages, the used water passes through the filter system and enters the tank for further use.

At the third, final stage, the cleaned container is blown with air to remove water residues from the outer surface of the boxes. There is no hot air drying function, the container is blown with the air that is in the production.

Note: in the model with a steam type of heating, stable operation requires aSteam generator with a capacity of 300 kg/h.
