The STvega CHR H3000 machine is designed for removing cobs from cabbage. The rotating knife quickly and precisely removes the head from the head of cabbage with minimal operator involvement.

Principle of operation:
The operator starts the machine by pressing a button on the control panel, then places the head of cabbage head down on a moving plate (lowers when pressed) with a hole in the center. The operator presses on the product from above, as a result of which the plate with the product falls on the rotating knife and the cob is cut.Cabbage with the removed cob, the operator sends to the next stage of processing or to containers for finished products. Waste through a special compartment enters the container for further disposal.
