Packaging briquettes in polyethylene bags from a technological point of view is a fairly simple operation and can to be done manually. However, the monotony of the operation and the dependence on the human factor actualize the need to automate this process, especially in installations with several briquetting systems.
The line is designed for packing 12 rectangular briquettes pre-grouped by the operator and includes the following stages:
- rotation of the formed group of briquettes into a heat-shrinking film
- passage of the package through the thermal tunnel and the cooling station
- returning the finished package to the operator.
MAIN ADVANTAGES
-
Packaging equipment of briquettes is manufactured individually according to the customer's production needs;
- The packaging line is designed to work in automatic mode 24/7;
- Improvement of the commercial type of packaging and reduction of briquettes falling during transportation and overloading;
- A significant reduction in the share of manual labor and, accordingly, labor costs per packaging unit;

- Packing briquettes takes up a small working area;
- The modular design of the line allows, if necessary, to change its configuration, as well as to add new functional units.
