Briquetting line. The line carries out automatic selection of briquettes from the briquetting presses, their transportation to the grouper, formation of a group of 12 rectangular briquettes, rotation of the prepared group into a heat-shrink film, passage of the package through a thermal tunnel and cooling station, transportation of the finished package to the place of stacking on a pallet and a station for wrapping the finished pallet with stretch film. The operation of the briquetting packing line is synchronized with the operation of the presses and is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). The construction of the line was created according to the modular principle.

The automatic packaging line from Strojplast was created in cooperation with the RUF company for the briquetting line to take into account all the nuances. The automatic line for packingfuel briquettes is equipped with safety sensors to prevent possible injuries, the speed of the conveyor belt is regulated by an inverter. The briquetting line can be equipped with various feeding and unloading conveyors and other options, making it a full-featured packaging unit for various types of products.
