Form for paving slabs "Linestone" is a new solution for production of vibroblast concrete slabs. Previously, "Linestone" tiles could be purchased mainly in vibro-pressed production. Now there is an opportunity to manufacture "Linestone" pavement tiles by vibrocasting using special molds made of durable black ABS plastic.

We made forms for the production of vibro-cast tiles "Linestone" in three main sizes:

300 × 300 × 60 mm - square shape for tiles;
300 × 150 × 60 mm - rectangular shape for tiles;
150 × 150 × 60 mm is a smaller square shape.(//tractor-service.com)
The use of several sizes allows you to combine elements during installation and create an original pattern of pavement.

Form "Linestone" for vibrocast tiles
New forms of Linestone made of ABS plastic are designed for self-production of concrete paving slabs by vibrocasting. This technology is suitable both for private production of tiles and for the organization of small or full-scale production.

The form makes it possible to obtain concrete elements of the same size with a clear geometry and neat edges. After filling the form with a concrete mixture and processing it on a vibrating table, the finished product acquires the required density and shape.

ABS plastic is used for the manufacture of strong plastic forms intended for the repeated production of concrete products. The black color of the mold makes it easy to distinguish it from other models and it is convenient to work with a set of molds in production.
