Sumab S400 is a stationary semi-automatic block machine for the production of all types of concrete products, such as: paving tiles, blocks, curbs, elements for chimneys, etc.

Productivity (per shift (8h)):
Paving tiles: 310-380 m2 (60x200x100 mm)(//tractor-service.com)
Hollow blocks: 4500 pcs. (400x200x200 mm)
Borders: 800-1200 pcs. (Depending on the size of the borders, the presence of an additional front layer)
Complete set of the machine:

1. Stationary Sumab S-400 machine with a device for setting pallets, with a warehouse of pallets and a conveyor belt for finished products. The machine works in semi-automatic mode (all operations are performed using special levers, semi-automatic vibration, using touch sensors and software relays).

Each type of tile requires its own mold.

Required dimensions of pallets: 1200x550 mm. Vibration system with frequency control.

2. Additional hopper for the front layer (color and hard surface) of concrete products.

3. Mold for hollow blocks, average size 20x20x40 cm, 5 pieces in a mold.

Options:

Elevator for lifting 2x6 pallets one on one with manual remote control.

Concrete plant BP 15 with inert warehouses 3x8 m3, cement dispenser 200 kg, screw cement conveyor 168x1000 mm, platform height 2.5 m. Mixer 500/375 l, power 15 kW.
