goat milk
Their goats, without smell, live in a clean pen. They graze on grass away from roadways. Before milking, I wash the udder, then strain the milk. Everything is hygienic with us.
There are approximately 600-700 grams in a cheese head (from 5 liters of milk).
I can make several cheese heads to order.

I can cover hard cheeses with latex for better transportation and preservation.
Hard cheeses are stored for 2 months in latex, or half a month without latex.
Soft cheeses are stored for 5-7 days.
