Relaxol - C-3P is a superplasticizer with combined antifreeze and accelerating action. The additive is intended for the production of concrete works in conditions of low and negative temperatures, to prevent freezing of the mobile concrete mix before the start of heat treatment, and also for highly mobile concrete mixes, when erecting monolithic structures in the warm season.

Scope:

Plasticizer for paving slabs
production of highly mobile commercial concrete in normal conditions and in conditions of low temperatures (up to -10ºС);
high-class concrete, bridge and road concrete;
products and structures with increased characteristics in terms of waterproofness, frost resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.;
products in maintenance conditions.

Action:

Relaxol - C-3P allows:

to increase the mobility of the concrete mixture from P1 to P5;
to ensure the growth of early strength at temperatures up to -10oC;
increase the strength of concrete by 15-20% with an unchanged amount of cement;
reduce the water requirement of the concrete mixture by 10-20%;(//tractor-service.com)
to improve durability characteristics (waterproofness, frost resistance, corrosion resistance);
to reduce cement consumption with the same strength as without additives;
reduce water consumption and flaking of the concrete/mortar mixture;
reduce maintenance parameters.

Dosage:

The additive is dosed in the amount of 0.5-2.5% of the weight of the cement on a dry matter basis, it is introduced with the mixing water and is calculated according to the formula:

For example: consumptionadditives 1.5%, per 100 kg of cement amount of additives = (100*1.5)/(1.21*34)=3.6 l.

Relaxol - С-3Р is delivered in bags.

Relaxol - C-3P is produced in the form of a ready-to-use powder solution. To produce a solution of an additive from a powder, it is necessary to dilute it with water in a ratio of 1:2 (powder: water) and mix well. Let the solution stand for a day and mix again.

The obtained aqueous solution should have a density of 1.2-1.22 g/cm³.
