Technical description. process:
● Feeding of the incoming bone of cattle into the hopper (1) of the shredder: manual.
● Grinding cattle bones with a shredder (2). The principle of shredding: mechanical fracture of the whole bone of cattle between the movable and immovable knives of the shredder.
● Moving crushed bonewith a belt conveyor (3) into a hoppercrushers (4).
● Crushing of crushed bone in a crusher (5) to a fraction of 0.0 - 4.0 mm. Crushing is carried out according to the disintegrator principle.
● Product discharge from the crusher onto the conveyor belt (6).
● The mode of operation of the line is continuous.
