KN cultivator, solid pre-sowing treatment, for tractors 40-150 hp, Kyiv region.

Three-row KN cultivator - has a number of design features that make it easier use, and also expand the list of functions.

It is intended for continuous pre-sowing soil cultivation, as well as for the following works:
- Pre-sowing tillage;
- Loosening the soil (there is an opportunity to adjust the depth of cultivation);
- Trimming and combing weeds;
- Soil mixing of post-harvest residues on the surface of the field;
- Rolling of the upper soil layer.

The spring safety blocks reduce the traction force, and also exclude extreme loads on the working parts and prevent their breakage. Due to its design, the cultivator performs several operations necessary for high-quality pre-sowing soil treatment in one approach.

A comb with spring fingers performs additional soil leveling and weeding.

The depth of treatment is regulated from 3 to 12 cm by adjusting rodscat, which is rolled. The cultivator can be equipped with a ribbed slat made of a corner, strip or square. Its use is especially effective in soil treatment after plowing for sowing beets, peas,corn, sunflower, flax and spring cereals.

The design of the cultivator is calculated in such a way as to ensure a large service life of parts and components, which is extremely important in estimating the cost of service work and repairs. In modern conditions of the high cost of working bodies, this series of cultivators is designed to achieve the maximum width of capture with minimal costs for both working body components and fuel-lubricants. So, if we compare the three-row STEP KN cultivator with its two-row counterparts, the number of racks is the same, but at the same time, taking into account the peculiarities of the location and composition of the racks with cultivator legs 270 and 330 mm wide in three rows, it is possible to achieve a greater width of capture, which will ultimately lead to savings of PMM.

The working width of 5.0 and 6.1 m for compact transportation on public roads is made with a hydraulic folding mechanism. And it can also be made in a semi-trailer version and equipped with a leveling bar.
