The Vepr 5.5n-02 mounted cultivator is used for continuous pre-advance tillage and plow care to an adjustable depth, from 4 to 15 cm, with simultaneous trimming of the root system of weeds and post-harvest crops, grinding, leveling and rolling of the surface layer of the soil. The cultivator is aggregated with tractors of the 2-3 kN class (2.0-3.0 t*s), on a three-point hitch with a power of 130...150 hp). The cultivator is used in all soil and climatic zones of Ukraine.
VEPR-5.5n-02 cultivators are equipped with vibrating two-turn spring-type racks from a square of 25x25 and 310 mm arrow feet produced by the Spanish company BELLOTA, which considerably extends the service life and increases the reliability of this equipment.
The use of this stand also significantly reduced the weight of thecultivator to 1480 kg and reduced the load on thetractor suspension system during transportation.
