Connection RShM 45 is used to repair breaks, cuts and damaged conveyor belts of all types. At the same time, URB 5 provides a high-strength connection due to its design features, which make it universal and allow for transverse joining of the tape. The recommended diameter of the drums for the transverse connection of the tape with RShM connectors is 45 - 630 mm. When installing the connection at an angle of 45 degrees to the direction of movement, it is possible to use it on drums with a diameter of 400 mm.
For the convenience of installation of the RShM 45, which has an increased center distance (60 mm), a "free" nut was made, which during installation is automatically centered in the connector, and as a result, there is no need for precise drilling of the holes. Thanks to the specially developed profiled shape of the segments, which contribute to the penetration of the rubber coating of the conveyor belt, the smoothness of passing through the counters, hard overflows, as well as possible defective elements of the conveyor joint and rollers is achieved, and the presence of teeth gives additional resistance to tearing and displacement. The speed of installation and universality for all types of tape fabrics is a determining factor when choosing this butt joint.
