The SKL20 U device is intended for pressing the staples of detachable connectors of the K27 and K28 type into the conveyor belt.(//tractor-service.com)
The SKL20 device can be used in any production conditions when connecting a conveyor belt. The device, depending on the width of the tape, can be manufactured in three standard sizes: for tapes with a width of 1000 mm, 1200 mm, 1400 mm and the universal device SKL20 U for joining conveyor belts of any width.
The SKL20 U device consists of a portable bed and clamps. The bed is designed to hold the conveyor belt in a certain position relative to the staples K27, K28 and the tape, and also serves as a guide for pliers.
The pliers are intended for pressing K27, K28 staples into the conveyor belt, they move along the rail of the SKL20 bed with the help of a movement mechanism.
