Line of packaging of long, oversized products in film, Kyiv

Appointment:
The line allows packaging of long products in polymer film (polyethylene, PE TU, PVC TU, polyolefin, etc.) with/without subsequent heat shrinking. The following products can be packed on the line: parquet board, paneling, rolls, cornices, window sills, tabletops and other long products.

The installation consists of:
Feeding roller conveyor (1)
Film opener (2)
Sealer with drive conveyor (3)
Thermotunnel (4) (not shown on the diagram)
Discharge roller conveyor (5)
The size of the packaged product (according to the specification)

Description of work
The packaged products are placed on the falling roller conveyor (1). The operator moves the product along the rollers to the film opener (2), where he pushes it through the film onto the tape conveyor (3). At the moment of pushing the product through the film opener (2), the conveyor of the sealer (3) turns on and picks up and moves the product to the required place for sealing.

Next, the operator aligns the film and presses the sealing button on the control unit (3.1). Sealing traverses (3.2) close and sealing occurs. After the end of the sealing process, the conveyor (3) automatically turns on and takes the film-wrapped product to the thermotunnel conveyor (4) or to the discharge roller conveyor (5). At this time, the operator pushes the new product through the film opener (2) and repeats the operations.(//tractor-service.com)

If the line is equipped with a thermotunnel (4), the packaged products pass through the chamber of the thermotunnel, where the film shrinks. Finished products are placed on a roller conveyor (5).

The roll of half-sleeved film is installed in the roll holder (2.1)
