"NPP Service Pak" more than 25 years successfully develops and produces equipment.
The filling and packaging line with 8 dispensers is designed for individual dosing and packaging of hardware, furniture accessories, as well as various parts and blanks of different shapes. A feature of the line is uninterrupted work, high dosing accuracy, the possibility of positioning parts, as well as the ability to regulate productivity and change the amount of parts to be dosed. The details are submitted in the vybrochash. Next, the vibrating hopper feeds the parts to the inclined vibrator, where individual dosing takes place with the help of pneumatic cylinders. From the tunnel of the inclined vibrator, the necessary amount falls into the bucket of the conveyor and is delivered to the machine, where the package is formed and the hardware is packed in automatic mode. It is also possible to form the quantity and type of dispensers at the request of the customer.
