The STvega Belt Cutter Combo machine is designed for fast and accurate cutting of greens, vegetables and fruits. The equipment has an additional slicing unit, which allows you to cut products into cubes, bars, slices and straws. Good for lettuce, Chinese cabbage, white cabbage, bell pepper,eggplant, zucchini, leek, onion, celery and other thin, layered vegetables and greens.

The size of the cut can be adjusted in the range from 1 to 60 mm, depending on the wishes of the customer. It is possible to purchase different interchangeable knives with any given parameters in the available range.

This machine can be used both as a separate piece of equipment and as part of a production line in farms, public catering enterprises, restaurants, supermarkets, as well as in other productions in the food and processing industry.

Working principle:

The product is placed on the conveyor belt by the operator. With the help of a conveyor, the product is transported to the cutting area, where it falls on the rotating cutting knife. Before the slicing zone, the product is subjected to the pressure mechanism, which positions the product, firmly fixing it with the help of a pressure head, which results in a higher quality and even slicing. The thickness of the slice is adjusted manually by changing the speed of the conveyor belt and the speed of the rotating knife. After the slicing stage, the product enters a pre-prepared container for finished products.

You can also cut the product using a special Combo node, for cutting into cubes, bars, slices and straws. The product is fed by the operator through the loading chute. The chute is made in the form of a cone, thanks to which the product is self-clamping and falls into the cutting zone of the rotating disk knife, which cuts the product. The size of the output holes on the disc knife and its design governs the size and shape of the output product. The sliced ​​product enters the container for finished products through the exit compartment.
