This technological line is intended for crushing, 3 stage washing, 4-stage cleaning from foreign included PET raw materials.
The belt conveyor feeds the raw material with the help of the translational movement of the belt into the PET label separator, where the label is mechanically removed from the PET bottle, as well as preliminary stripping of the raw material from sand, mud and washing. From the label separator, the raw material is fed to the belt sorting conveyor. After that,with a belt conveyor it is fed into the crusher. In the crusher, the raw material is crushed to a certain fraction size, depending on the cell of the separating sieve. Next, the crushed raw material undergoes several stages of cleaning (the first flotation bath with mechanical selection, a solid-fuel hot wash, a friction wash and three consecutive washing baths) and innovative vortex drying with the help of heated air streams. After drying, dust inclusions and the final label are cleaned in the air separator. Выгрузка is carried out by a pneumatic transport system through a cyclone-separator. High-quality and clean PET flex is shipped to the Big Bag.
