Mechanism of action:

Trifloxystrobin from the class of strobilurins disrupts the respiration process in the mitochondria of pathogen cells. Prothioconazole from the triazolinthione class inhibits the development of hyphae and mycelium by disrupting the process of sterol biosynthesis in the cell membrane. The presence of two active substances together with a different mechanism of action prevents the emergence of resistance of pathogens to the drug.
Properties:

Fox® 325 CS is a new highly effective fungicide for the protection of sunflower, peas and soybeans against a wide range of diseases. Drug No. 1 in the soybean protection system in Brazil. Thanks to the mesostemic action of trifloxystrobin, there is a long-term protection of the treated parts of the plants, and the gas phase of the product creates an additional prevention of diseases of the untreated parts of the plants. Pronounced systemic effect of prothioconazole provides long-term protection of both treated plant tissues and young growth. Trifloxystrobin covers the leaf surface and prevents the penetration of pathogens to it, and prothioconazole, which is contained in plant cells, controls the development of mycelia and the penetration of haustoria. Fox® delays the aging of the plant by affecting the balance of hormones, improves photosynthesis and optimizes nitrogen exchange in the plant, as a result, the fullness of the seeds and the weight of a thousand seeds increase.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE

Fine-drop spraying with a rate of flow of working liquid of 200–400 l/ha is recommended for application by field units depending on its type: for example, suitable flat-jet nozzles, liquid pressure — 2.5–3 kg/cm2, movement speed of units — 6–7 km/h.

Compatibility:

The product is compatible with other fungicides and insecticides. Can be used in a tank mix with the growth regulator Ceron®. In this case, Ceron® is added to the tank mixture after Fox®. But in any case, it is recommended to conduct a preliminary miscibility test before use. Please note that the physical compatibility of products in a multi-component tank solution cannot always be confirmed by test mixing! Mixing and compatibility tests do not make it possible to check the presence of any adverse phytotoxic effect on the crop or biological effectiveness of individual components when used in tank mixes!
