The purpose of the machine is to mold wheat flour dough products of the "baguette" type from previously spaced, rounded blanks. Thanks to the machine, productivity increases, manual labor decreases, and the workpieces are all of the same type. The principle of operation is as follows: through the loading hopper of the front fence, the workpiece falls into the gap between the forming rolls, forming a "pancake" with a thickness of 6-14 mm (thickness depends on the mass). Next, it falls on the tape and goes under the rolling device, where the soft surface of the tape forms a "cigar" from the pancake, which, leaving the rolling device, falls into the gap between the rolling and supporting tape. In the direction of movement of the workpiece, the gap decreases and depends on the weight of the dough workpiece, the tapes move towards each other at different speeds. Rotating around its axis and moving down, the workpiece is rolled. Formed blanks along the guide surface fall onto the table of the machine.
