Currently, in addition to the main activity of producing our own seeds, we have the opportunity to qualitatively prepare your seed material at our modern seed plant with a lot of "know-how" to minimize seed damage, including two independent lines for bringing the seeds to the sowing conditions, which allow simultaneously finishing different seed material, and also exclude mixing. The general principle of cleaning includes: separation of seeds by width - with sieves (Petkus K - 527, Petkus K - 547, Petkus K - 531, CM - 4, MC - 4.5; long - with a Trier Petkus K - 236; and density - with a pneumatic vibrating table of LLC "Fadeev - Agro" or a SAD separator for small batches of seeds).
- Material pickling and sealing line - flow pickling plant "Fadeev - Agro" LLC, dispenser "Mekhanotron" LLC NPP, "Sveda" bag sewing line.
- Photoseparator (five-pack) of TAIXO company (allows to separate seed material by color). This machine, unique in its properties, allows you to completely remove from the seed material impurities that differ in color from the main crop, and in such a crop as sunflower - to remove partially fallen (not completely naked) seeds that cannot be removed on a pneumatic shaker or any other seed cleaning machines.
