MTZ tractor air conditioner with D-243, D-245 engine (Full set)

This air conditioner set is designed to create comfortable climatic conditions in the cabin of tractors of the Minsk Tractor Plant of the 80th, 800th and 900th series with the MMZ, D-242 engine (and its modifications).

The air conditioner is designed taking into account all the design features of MTZ technology, which greatly simplifies its installation. The air conditioner kit includes all consumables necessary for installation.

The complete set of the air conditioner consists of:

Compressor SD5S14; "Sanden" Singapore or Analogue 5H14;
Type - piston, with vertical fittings outlet-3/4-16UNF(O-ring) inlet-7/8-14UNF(O-ring);
Number of cylinders - 5 pcs.;
The power supply voltage of the electromagnetic clutch is 12V;
The power consumption of the electromagnetic clutch is 45W;
Drive pulley - 132mm. A2; Belt type - wedge.

The compressor is installed on the running engine of the tractor on the left in the direction of the tractor and is driven by a V-belt (belt length 1120 mm). The compressor bracket is specially designed for the MMZ D-242 engine (and its modifications), has a thickness of one plate of 12 mm, which increases the reliability of this design.

With 12V fan, thermostat, TRV, fan speed switch (3 speeds) input 5/8-18 UNF (O-ring), output 7/8-14 UNF(O-ring); Overall dimensions (WxDxH) - 393x317x140 mm; Power supply - 12V.

The evaporative heating unit is installed under the ceiling panel, instead of the standard heater. Air conditioner controls are placed on the ceiling panel.

Capacitor:
Copper is installed in front of the main engine radiator.
