Working module of wood chipper. Improved. Cone on shaft, Volyn region.

Factory working module of a screw cleaverwoodcutter.

It is suitable for the manufacture of any type of clevis with any drive.

Ideal for cutting both soft and hard wood species.

What was changed in the improved version:

- increased flywheel diameter (420 mm)
- body bearings are hidden in a steel frame (protection from dust and dirt)(//tractor-service.com)
- The bearing block is now fastened with 6 bolts instead of 4, as in the old model.
- there is an oil pan for lubricating the bearings.

As in the previous model, the cone is mounted on the shaft with the help of a thread, and not a key, as in cheap handicrafts. Fastening on the thread excludes backlash, which increases the durability of the saw.

The model is equipped with a 1-channel pulley.

The working module for the wood chipper is made in factory conditions, on high-precision equipment, which allows you to perfectly balance and calibrate the product.
