Grain seed drill 4v, Kirovohrad region.

Flaps. - Dampers on fat, grain and small-seed machines have 3 positions each for regulating the supply of seed material to the seeding coils.

Universal reel. - The grain seeding device has a screw coil for sowing grain andleguminous crops and a pin coil for small-seeded crops, as well as sowing loose and medium loose grass seeds.
Variators. - Variators provide easy and quick adjustment in the range of sowing rates: for seeds - from 0.7 to 400 kg/ha; fertilizers - from 25 to 200 kg/ha.

Two-disc coulters. - A ploughshare with offsetdisks allows sowing in the presence of harvest residues.

One-row or two-row two-disc coulters can be installed on the planters. The service life of coulters is increased by 100% due to the use of modern technologies for processing steels with boron content.

In Grain 4V, the grip width is increased by 9%.

The number of coulters was increased to 26 pieces, which increased the productivity in one pass. The volume of bunkers was increased by 12% (grain up to 830 l, fat up to 400 l, which makes a total of 1230 l); at the wheat seeding rate of 200 kg/ha and mineral fertilizer seeding of 100 kg/ha, it allows you to sow 4 hectares with one load - this is an increase of 0.5 ha compared to seed drills with a working width of 3.6 m. The design of the coulter pressure mechanism on the soil has been strengthened up to 65 kg, which allows you to produce seeds using minimal technology and ensures a stable depth seed wrapping.(//tractor-service.com)

The side walls increased the rigidity of the overall structure of the seeder and provided protection of the seeding devices from being thrown by the soil. High-strength pipes made it possible to reduce the weight of the frame structure and at the same time increase its strength and rigidity.
