Teldor 500 SC (Teldor)
unique fungicide against gray rot
Teldor range of action:
Teldor has an excellent effect against gray rot on grapes, raspberries, and strawberries and can be used from the earliest stages to
harvest. It also protects the fruits during storage and preserves their quality during transportation. It has the shortest waiting time: for example, 1 day for strawberries, 2 days for cherries and only 4 days for
grapes
Teldor is the first representative of a new fungicide class with a completely new method of action. It suppresses the biosynthesis of styrene. Due to this, Teldor should be used in cases where standard drugs have resistance. Thanks to its favorable toxicological and ecological characteristics, Teldor very quickly received registration in many countries with very strict registration requirements, including in the USA.
Active substance Teldor: phenhexamide 500 g/l.
Teldor consumption rate: 1.0-1.5 l/ha.
Mechanism of action Teldor:
After Teldor gets on the surface of the plant, its active substance (phenhexamide) forms a film that prevents the penetration of pathogens into the plant tissue. This film does not disappear from the surface of the plant, which ensures a long period of action of the fungicide. The localized systemic distribution of phenhexamide in the plant distinguishes it both from contact fungicides and from typical systemic fungicides.
Advantages of Teldor fungicide:
New mechanism of action
Absence of cross-resistance with other drugs against gray rot
Excellent action against gray rot and associated pathogens.
Safety for consumers, operators and the environment
