Adengo herbicide - pre- and post-emergence a systemic pesticide used to protect corn from annual and perennial dicotyledonous and cereal weeds.
Active ingredients: Isoxaflutol, 225g/l + thiencarbazone-methyl, 90g/l + cyprosulfamide, 150g/l
Formulation: Suspension concentrate
Crops used:
Corn
Consumption rate l/ha: 0.44 - 0.5
Weeds against which it works: Broad-leaved and grasses
Spectrum of action: Elective (selective) action
Manufacturer: Bayer
Tare unit: 5 l, the price is for 1 l.
The drug has a wide list of sensitive pests: deaf nettle, styrica, podmarennik, dope, quinoa, milk thistle, sunflower carrion, etc. This control is possible thanks to the combination of such active substances as isoxaflutol, thiencarbazone-methyl and cyprosulfamide.
Advantages of the drug:
-Elimination of difficult-to-control pests: mint, chamomile, mary, creeping wheatgrass, etc.;
-High efficiency due to the double mechanism of action;
-Flexibility of application: before emergence or at the stage of 2-3 leaves;
-Adengo is a herbicide that depends little on soil moisture at the processing stage;
-Economic consumption of the drug;
-High selectivity;
- The herbicide works until the time of harvest;

-Not toxic to the cultivated plant.
Mechanism of action of Adengo:
The drug is based on the principle of double impact:
Isoxaflutol (IFT). The substance remains outside, is absorbed by the seed coat, sprouts and roots, after which it blocks the enzyme needed by the pest for the final stage of plastoquinone biosynthesis. First, the weed discolors, and then dies.
Thiencarbazone-methyl is an inhibitor that penetrates the weed through the roots and leaves, deactivates the enzyme acetolactate synthase, stops the production of amino acids and the process of cell division in the weed. We also recommend buying Adengo herbicide, because this pesticide "burns" weedy plants that have come down.
Annual weeds with a height of 5 cm die in 6-10 days, more mature plants die within 2-3 weeks. If there is no drought and compliance with the rate of consumption, the protective effect lasts from 2-2.5 months until harvest.
Application
For the strongest effect, the drug is administered at the stage of 2-3 leaves when the weeds have emerged. With the appearance of late pests, it is possible to use tank mixtures with post-emergence herbicides. Before preparing them, check the compatibility with the selected pesticide, but the herbicide is the first to dissolve. The consumption rate for 1 hectare is 0.3-0.4, the solution is 200-300 l/ha. The procedure is performed 1 time. For processing, the fine-drop spraying method with the stirrer turned on is ideal.
Limit:
The drug is incompatible with herbicides representing the class of ALS-inhibitors, and nitrogen
fertilizers are added only during pre-emergence treatment. It is also not recommended to use
adhesive as it risks increasing phytotoxicity.
With pre-emergence processing in conditions of temperature above +25 degrees, day and night temperature fluctuations, frosts - mild chlorosis of the leaves with subsequent disappearance is possible. This phenomenon does not affect the quality and yield of corn.
Drought reduces the effectiveness of Adengo herbicide, therefore, at a consistently high temperature, carry out inter-row processing. This technique is used at least 2 weeks after the introduction of the pesticide.
Crop rotation During the year, only winter wheat can be sown, and winter barley and rapeseed - after 4-5 months. In the spring of next year, it is possible to sow sunflowers, soybeans, legumes and spring cereals, corn and sugar beets.
