The plows are intended for zero-mass plowing on flat, sloping and hilly fields on all types of soils. The plows can be used for sowing without preliminary treatment, as well as in fields after stubble cultivation. The radial distance of 90 cm and the gap under the frame, equal to 78 cm, allows you to work freely on high brush, as well as fields with residues after harvesting.
Reversible plows U064 are equipped with standard protection against shifting, guaranteeing a longer service life of the plow. In addition, each body can be equipped with a skimmer-mill disc cut with an average diameter of 41 cm. The main profile of the frame for 3-furrow and 4-furrowploughs - 120x120 mm. For these models, you can install an additional case (+1). The width of plowing is set with a step in three positions (30 cm - 38 cm - 45 cm - for 16-inch plows). Adjustment is easily done by adjusting the adjusting screw on each seat of the body on the plow frame. Installation of the frame itself (leveling) for a separate working width is performed using a Roman screw. In all models of the plow, the regulation of the first furrow is carried out mechanically with the help of a bolt, which allows the slider to move along the frame on the deck of the fixed plow.
Plows of the U064 series can be equipped with openwork plates intended for heavy soils. Openwork bodies allow you to reduce the working resistance by approximately 10% and thereby reduce fuel consumption.
The design of the rotary head is intended for tractors with max. power up to 143 hp. Suspension with a quick-release mechanism is standard on the plow. Thanks to the easy installation of the lower link, the combination of plow and tractor is simple and safe.
