ГМК-500, economically beneficial (savings up to 50%grains) equipment for fattening all farm animals, based on the swelling of grain in a stream of water. Productivity up to 500 kg of finished feed per time. Feed is prepared in a few minutes, which makes it possible to feed from a few animals in a private yard to 100 - 150 heads of farms. Today, it is the most economically advantageous unit that has no analogues in Ukraine. The hydromill has a simple, easy-to-operate and maintain device. It has been in service for more than 14 years without replacement of spare parts (except oil seals). It is produced with power from 3 to 7.5 kW - 380 V and 4 kW - 220 V. It is possible to make it without an electric motor by agreement. The possibility of purchasing the main working pair with drawings for self-production, which will significantly reduce the cost of the project. When fattening pigs to a condition of 100-130 kg (observations for 10 years), 300-400 kg of grain is consumed per piglet for a period of 6-7 months, and this is a reality. The principle of operation of the unit is to change the physical and chemical composition of grain nutrition as a result of grain processing in a special pump with cavitation heating (self-heating of the liquid when rotating under pressure). There is a swelling of the grain, an increase in its volume with the breakdown of fiber and the transition to a state of easily digestible starches and glucose (it's like popcorn on a hot pan). Example:raw potato for pigs, there is no such thing as feed, but boiled - pigs will swell from obesity! The hydromill was improved by me personally from a small homestead brought from Holland in 2001, there was none in Ukraine and there is none.
