Maslopress PCH-500 is intended for processing oil crops (sunflower, rapeseed, flax, soybean, mustard, pumpkin, coconut chips, thistleрасторопша and etc.). As a result, we get high-quality vegetable oil (first cold pressing) with a temperature of no more than 50 degrees Celsius andsunflower cake in the form of granules. The oil complies with the norms of DSTU 4492:2005, as "Unrefined sunflower oil of cold pressing of the first squeeze". The productivity of the installation is 450-500 kg of material per time. The operating mode is continuous.Vegetable oil yield up to 40%. It works both in the prepress (first pressing) and expeller (pressing the cake) mode. The final oiliness of the cake after the first pressing is up to 14%. Warranty for mechanical breakdown (not related to foreign bodies entering the working area and wear of its elements) - 1 hour. The resource of the oil press before replacing elements of the working area is up to 2,000 tons of material (per sunflower). Production of the equipment is located in Kyiv, spare parts are always in stock.
