intended for pressing oil from oil crops, such as sunflower, rape, flax, etc. by cold pressing method. It is optimal to use in production workshops for the processing of agricultural products in farms.

During the operation of the press, a good yield of oil is achieved, therefore, the remaining oil in the pulp is no more than 12-15% (when processingsunflower) with one-time pressing. In the PCH-M-500 oil pressing press, windings (screws) mounted on the shaft are used. The advantage of which is the replacement of only a certain part of the worn turns, which will save on the cost of repair and maintenance. The press is equipped with a 15 kW engine and a Ts2U-315 deductor.

The oil press has three working chambers, a variable height of the winding ridge along the entire length of the winding assembly on the shaft and an adjustable gap between the cone and the flange. Thanks to which, high quality indicators of oil extraction are achieved. At the same time, the oil comes out through the slits in the oil chamber and collects in the oil collector, and then goes to filtration and settling.
