Plow 3-35 PLN (DPLN) (for corn) ot (80 hp), Odesa region.

We produce plows

The process ofcultivation of the soil with an ordinary plow is much more complicated if the field has stubble remains of posle, sunflower and others, which clog the plow during plowing.
In this regard, the DPLN 3-35 plow was developed on high steel racks (10 cm longer than standard ones), made of 25 mm thick sheet metal, steel 45, with enlarged screw blades.
The plough's clogging ability has decreased significantly due to traces. changes:
1. Due to the height of the rack, the clearance under the frame has increased = 745 mm.(//tractor-service.com)
2.The wheel is moved away from the plow by 15 cm.
3. Moving the plow bodies from under the frame to the side by 100 mm.
4. The distance between the bodies is increased = 960 mm. (In standard frames, the distance between the bodies = 800mm). Due to this, the angle of attack of the plow bodies was changed, thereby reducing the traction load and, as a result, fuel economy.
The modernized screw blade, due to its bending geometry, completely turns over the ground even at the lowest speeds, increasing the efficiency of soil processing. A field plowed with such a plow has an even, well-tilled surface and does not require additional processing.
Aggregated with tractors: MTZ-80/82, YUMZ-80
Plowing depth = 30-35 cm.
All spare parts have high quality, wear resistance, durability.
