Hinged fertilizer spreader NRU-0.5 is intended for sowing solid mineral fertilizers in granular and crystalline form, sowing siderate seeds. It is aggregated with tractors of classes 0.6, 0.9 and 1.4 using an attachment device. The hopper has the shape of a truncated cone, tapering downwards. Under the hopper there is a dosing device, consisting of two valves, with the help of which you can change the size of the sowing gap and adjust the sowing rate. The position of the valves is fixed by a lever and a toothed sector. The seeding device is a zigzag-shaped steel bar, bent along the radius, which is attached to suspensions. With the help of a crank mechanism, the bar of the sowing device oscillates between the bottom of the hopper and the valves, pushing out fertilizers through the front and rear sowing slots. The amplitude of vibrations of the sowing bar can be changed by rearranging the drive rocker. Under the bottom of the hopper are symmetrically located 2 spreading disks with a diameter of 455 mm, fixed on the ends of the vertical shafts of the bevel gearboxes. The speed of rotation is scattereddiscs 685 or 805 rpm (11.4 or 13.4 z1). The working bodies are powered by GDPtractor. Fertilizer application rate - from 40 to 2000 kg/ha.
