Whitemushrooms (only caps with a diameter of up to 70 mm - which are included in a glass jar) collected in a perfectly clean Carpathian forest at an altitude of 1200 m. Harvest 2024. Mushrooms are dried in a mine-type dryer, on nets, onfirewood, without smoke, in a stream of warm air.
