White mushrooms (harvest of 2024) are collected in a perfectly clean Carpathian forest at an altitude of 1200 m. The mushrooms are dried in a mine-type dryer, on nets, onwood, without smoke, in a stream of warm air. The mushrooms for drying were cut into LARGE pieces (not plates), so they boil well.

The remainingwhite mushrooms after sorting are sold in the ads "White mushrooms, only caps, dried - Carpathians" and "Dried white mushrooms - Carpathians, crumbs, forsauce or gravy".
