Stationary plant for the production of blocks/pavers/curbs and other concrete products SUMAB R-1000; R-1500, automatic and semi-automatic mode of operation.

These block lines are equipped with a German high-tech Knauer vibration system.

Maximum productivity (per shift (8 hours)):

- 23,000 pcs. hollow blocks (20x20x40 cm)

- 2000-2600 m² of paving stones (10x20x6 cm) per shift.

– 2800-4000 pcs. curbs depending on the size of the curbs, the presence of an additional front layer.

Usable area max. 1300x1050 mm.

COMPONENTS OF THE SUMAB PRODUCTION LINE :
Stationary Sumab high capacity plant consists of the following components:

Stationary block machine with automatic or semi-automatic control.

Knauer vibration system, Germany.

Press form.
A separate mold is required for each type of product (paving stone, blocks, borders, etc.).

Additional hopper of materials for applying paint and hard surface of concrete products.
The device for moving ready-made concrete blocks from a block machine with ramp start/stop speed adjustment consists of two chain transport systems.

ELEVATOR – Automatic device for lifting and stacking pallets with finished products (with 10 or 12 levels for blocks or 2 x 10 or 12 levels for paving stones).(//tractor-service.com)

LOWERATOR – Automatic device for lowering pallets with dry finished products from rails onto a transport conveyor (with 10 or 12 levels for blocks or 2 x 10 or 12 levels for pavers).

CONVEYOR BELT for moving pallets with dry products into a cubic position and then turning the pallet - cross movement.

Pneumatic crane with loading of finished products from pallets to Euro transport pallets.

MOBILE DEVICE OF EMPTY PALLETS + cross movement of pallets with return to the storage warehouse.

Lamellas are conveyors for moving finished products to packaging and storage.

Automatic production line control system and PC, Siemens computer program.
Cables, fuse system, emergency safety system.

Concrete plant with a capacity of up to 20-30 m3.
3x15 m3 inert warehouses, mixer P1125/750 liters, skip, cement dispenser, pneumatically opening flaps, auger andsilo.

Automation and Siemens PC for production of base concrete.

Additional options:

Cement feeding auger, length 10 m.
Cement silo 60 tons (including level indicators, filter, stairs, fences, etc.)

CONCRETE PLANT 10-15 m3 for the production of a colored surface and/or the color of paving stones.
2x8 m3 inert warehouses, mixer P560/375 liters, skip, automation and Siemens PC.
The complete set can be changed according to the wishes of the client.
