Granulator for making fuel, Kormiv, Chernihiv region.

The Techno-T plant produces and offers for purchase the Gru-1 press granulator.
Gru-1 press granulator is designed for the production of feed pellets from dry loose materials. Most types of biomass with a relative humidity of up to 14% can be pelletized. Raw materials for the production of pellets using the GRu-1 granulator are: crushed peat, post-alcohol bard, bran, beer grist, beet pulp, sawdust, straw, husks, lignin, hay, sapropel, dung, flax camphor, manure, reeds, mushroom substrate and other feed and fuel raw materials. As a result, the granulation of compound feed makes it possible to prepare feed of the desiredcomposition due to ensuring the introduction of both liquid and loose feed additives and medicines. Allows to reduce the probability of disease-causing bacteria getting into the feed. Compound feed processed on a granulator press is much better stored and transported. The flow parts of the granulator press are made of food-grade stainless steel. Service is carried out by one person. Productivity from 6 to 11 tons/hour, the amount of molasses or fat introduced into the mass - 3%, engine power - from 90 kW; the maximum particle size before pressing is 3-5 mm.; humidity for pressing - up to 14%, steam consumption up to 550.0 kg/h, pressure from 3.5 kgf/cm2; dimensions 2450x1600x2280 mm, weight of one press 3610 kg.
The granulator is equipped with a drying-granulator complex manufactured by Techno-T f, which consists of: pistonpump, separator (dehydrates from 93% to 80%); hopper with screw conveyor and dispenser, PB press (dehydrates from 85 to 60%), drying unit (dehydrates from 60 to 10%), mill (0.4 t/h) orcrusher (1.5 t/h), pneumatic transport, fodder preparation complex (hopper-mixer and crusher 1.5 t/h), granulator press, scales with strain gauges and installed on the frame. It is possible to manufacture the entire line of stainless steel equipment.
