Product purpose and technical requirements processing

The TL 600 (700) granulator is used for granulation of raw materials of plant origin, as well as various forestry and agricultural wastes (for example: wood sawdust, hay, straw, sunflower husks,grain bran, peat, etc.), the physical and mechanical properties of which allow their relative gluing. The equipment cannot work independently, it is only part of the technological line.

Description of the principle of operation of the equipment

The TL600 (700) granulator provides uninterrupted operation with continuous supply of raw materials. Pre-moistened in the mixer of the granulator, the crushed raw material is fed to the surface of the matrix, where it is pressed with the help of pressing rollers through the holes of the matrix and from the lower part of the matrix is ​​cut off or broken off in the form of granules (pellets) of the appropriate diameter. Next, hot pellets are moved to unloading and, with the help of a bucket conveyor, are fed to the cooling column. The length of the granules depends on the cutting knives and the properties of the raw material being fed. After pressing, the granules must be cooled quickly to a temperature of 20 °C or 5 °C higher than the ambient temperature. During transportation in the appropriate packaging (big bag, bag, package), the granules must have a temperature of no more than 25 °C.

Under the influence of pushing loose raw materials through the holes of the matrix, harmful dust products are formed, which are re-fed to the press-granulator with the help of a sieve and a reverse aspiration mechanism.

The TL600 (700) pellet mill is available in one size with a 75kW or 90kW main motor, and in two versions with three or four rolling rollers. A digital softstarter or frequency converter is installed for a smooth start of the electric motor. The diameter of the holes of the matrices, which are mainly used: 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 18 mm.

* The specified performance was achieved during tests on a well-run-in matrix. The water pressure is at least 0.3 MPa. A condition for achieving high productivity is a correctly run-in matrix (at least 50 hours of operation) and compliance with the conditions regarding raw material parameters, humidity and continuity of raw material supply.
