The module consists of a SBM separator and a PB bard press mounted on a frame, equipped with pipelines and stairs. Productivity of the module - 220 cubic meters of liquid post-alcohol bard per day. At the output of the module, the product has a moisture content of 65-55%. The module is installed in the line in front of a steam drum dryer, manufactured by Techno-T, with a capacity of 200 to 2010 kg. of incoming raw product per hour. Lines can be equipped with Techno-T production equipment: hammer crusher up to 1.5 t/h, pneumatic transport cooling up to 800 kg/h, hopper - mixer for 1.5 t/h, press-granulator (1.5-11 t/h), press - impact briquetting 800-1200 kg/h. It is possible to manufacture the entire line of equipment from stainless steel.
