It is a sealing, waterproofing, anti-corrosion mastic made on the basis of butyl rubber, latex and other technological additives.

PURPOSE:

sealing of closed vertical and horizontal joints of external and internal walls;

- waterproofing of floors (showers, bathrooms, toilets) ;

- sealing of joints of rolled insulating materials;

- anti-corrosion coating of gas and water pipes, metal structures, car bottoms, etc. Mastic applied to the metal surface provides a reliable anti-corrosion coating, significantly increases the service life of pipelines and metal structures.

- sealing of structures made of profiled glass;

- compaction of places where window and door blocks join elements of residential and public buildings;

- for applying a waterproofing sealing coating of internal and external surfaces of premises, facades built with the subsequent installation of plasterboard, heat- and sound-insulating materials (foam, insulation, etc.);

APPLICATION:

The surface must be cleaned of loosely held, destroyed elements of the coating, mud, dust. Mastic is applied to a dry surface with a roller, brush, spatula, at a temperature of the treated surface not lower than 00C. When applying a solid coating, the consumption of mastic when applying one layer is at least 1.0 kg / m2. The drying time of a layer 1 mm thick is 24 hours.

If necessary, it is possible to dilute the mastic with a solvent (solvent, white spirit,gasoline-solvent). In order to increase the stickiness of the mastic and the convenience of work, in the cold season it is recommended to pre-heat the mastic in a metal container over a closed fire to a temperature of 50C.

Before use, it is recommended to apply a primer layer with "Tegeron-grunt" mastic
