VIHY Kastmaster provides an automated linear approach to the production of concrete pipes and manholes. The architecture of the VIHY Kastmaster machine provides a feed shuttle that automatically feeds pallets and fittings to the production station, and a corresponding output shuttle transports the finished products to the collection point.

Designed to be used as a stand-alone machine or as part of a fully automated plant, the VIHY Kastmaster machine allows you to efficiently produce concrete pipes and a wide range of well products with just one or two workers.

The machine's strong four-column frame, flexible vibration modes and the ability to rotate molds allow the use of different types of molds, allowing the VIHY Kastmaster to efficiently produce a wide range of standard and special products.

Rational production flow.

Two shuttle carts ensure that pallets and frames are fed into the machine on one side and finished products are unloaded for easy removal on the other side. This allows auxiliary processes to be performed autonomously without interfering with the production cycle of the machine.

Flexibility of production.

For maximum flexibility in the production of molds, they are designed as autonomous modules connected by hydraulic clamps, which allows for replacement of the mold in 30 minutes.

Universality of production.

The VIHY Kastmaster can be equipped to produce round, oval, arch and box products up to 2000 mm (78 in) diameter x up to 2.5 m (8 ft) long, as well as casing pipe, coated pipe and a full range of riser, cone and well base products.

Excavation in the car.

Products are de-decked inside the machine, which saves construction and equipment costs by eliminating the need for a factory overhead crane.

Operation:

The production cycle is fully automated: concrete is fed into the form via a concrete mixing belt with a distributor, the product is compacted by synchronized vibration, and the upper part of the product is processed by a press head that performs a combination of pressing and oscillating movements.

Before each cycle, the armature is pre-stacked on a ring tray, which is then automatically fed into the machine by a feeding trolley after the previous cycle is completed. At the same time, the finished product is taken out of the machine to the other side. The cart for unloading products ensures further processing.

One operator can easily monitor and control the machine from the central control panel. From here, there is convenient access to both product unloading carts for the necessary auxiliary operations while the machine is running. Finished products can be manually removed from the cart using a product cart or an automatic manipulator.

Safety is ensured by an integrated system of photovoltaic cells and safety fences, while an underground casting station provides a safe working environment and reduces noise levels.

All control is carried out by a programmable PLC, which also stores machine settings for all types of products and allows recording of production data to evaluate the overall efficiency of the equipment (OEE).
