Машина промислова для очищення перепелиних яєць (яйцечистка) STvega Qual Egg Peeler F1000, Киев

Egg cleaning industrial STvega Qual Egg Peeler F1000 is intended for delicate removal of the shell from quail eggs. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, it provides high productivity, preserving the integrity of the eggs and significantly reducing the time for their processing.

Principle of operation:
The cleaning process begins with loading quail eggs into the receiving hopper. In this hopper, the eggs are evenly moistened with water, which provides better preparation for cleaning. Then, with a stream of water, they enter the rotating rollers, which ensure the delicate removal of the shell. From above, the eggs are fixed by a special moving clamping mechanism, which moves with a certain amplitude, pressing and holding the eggs on the rollers until they are completely cleaned. The cleaned eggs are automatically moved to the output tray, where they are collected in the prepared container.

Advantages of equipment:
• Large receiving hopper to increase one-time loading.
• Effective and gentle cleaning of eggs from the shell without damaging their surface.
• High productivity – the machine can process up to 10,000 quail eggs per hour.
• The pressure mechanism ensures uniform contact of the eggs with the cleaning elements, which improves the quality of cleaning.
• The body of the equipment is made of stainless steel, the machine is reliable and durable, easy to clean and maintain, meets food safety standards.
