STvega Meat Cutter H40 is a compact and efficient machine for grinding and emulsifying meat, vegetable and mixed ingredients. Thanks to the strong construction, the use of quality materials and modern electronics, the cutter is suitable for work in small production shops, farms or in the kitchens of HoReCa establishments.

Principle of operation:
The raw material is loaded by the operator into the bowl of the cutter, after which the operation of the machine is activated using the control panel. The high-speed rotation of the knife shaft ensures efficient grinding, while the rotation of the bowl promotes uniform mixing and emulsification of the product. Additional components can be added during processing, if this is provided by the technological process. After the processing is completed, the mass is unloaded by the operator, and a drain valve is installed on the lid to facilitate cleaning of the machine.
