The STvega Meatball H600 machine is designed for forming meatballs and meatballs from meat, fish or other minced meat by adding spices andseasonings. The resulting products can be boiled, frozen or used to prepare various dishes. The produced meatballs have the same weight and size, do not fall apart and do not deform.

Working principle:
Pre-prepared minced meat is loaded by the operator into the receiving hopper. Inside the hopper there is an auger that rotates and ensures constant mixing and uniform supply of minced meat to the forming area. The minced meat enters the forming sleeve, which determines the size of the ball. After filling the sleeve, the minced meat is fed to the cutting unit, where the formed meatball is automatically cut off. The finished products have the same mass, shape and density, thanks to which they retain their integrity during further processing.

• The built-in auger in the hopper prevents the mince from separating and guarantees an even supply to the forming unit.
• The design of the cutter assembly ensures quick and accurate separation of the balls without deformation or sticking of the minced meat.
• The improved forming mechanism provides effective pressing of minced meat, thanks to which the products become denser and keep their shape during frying in oil or cooking in water.
