Principle of operation:
The formed meat patty is fed onto the conveyor belt manually by the operator or comes from a previous stage of the technological process. During the movement of the belt, the cutlet sinks into the lyezone, which ensures a reliable fixation of the breading in the form of bread crumbs. After processing with a lyezone, the product is transported by a conveyor to the next stage of the production process.
