The flux has good wettability and is suitable for soldering tin-lead, lead-free and alloys with poor solderability. Flux components completely evaporate during soldering. Does not contain halogens. Does not require density control and, accordingly, dilution with a solvent. Meeting all the requirements of Bellcore and the IPC standard and excellent solderability on boards with HAL, OSP, NiAu coating makes the flux ideal for high-tech electronics. It is applied by spraying, dipping, using a brush, flux marker. It has the appearance of a transparent colorless liquid with a slight sweet smell. The minimum storage period in a tightly closed container at a temperature of 5-30ºС is 1 hour. pH level 3.(//tractor-service.com)
