Principle of operation
The shock filter is a machine consisting of two parts: a base with a motor equipped with eccentrics that creates vibration and a sieving unit with a wire mesh or perforated sheet. The material fed to the sieve is divided by vibration into the required fraction, the size of which is determined by the sieve, and enters the hopper, from where the filtered product is poured or flows into the container. The direction of the discharge holes can be adjusted, coarse and fine material is discharged automatically.

Note: There are other machine models that differ in size and performance.
The number of layers can be changed at the request of the customer.
