The folding machine is a roller machine with horizontal rollers. The rollers are driven by individual electric motors and can move along the guides along the axis of the machine. Surface cleaning devices are installed between the rollers. Inside the case there are mechanisms: a rough blade of rollers; wringing out the rollers in the event of a solid foreign body falling between them; checking the parallelism of the rollers and setting the necessary gap between them. On top of the machine is a hopper with a device for feeding and regulating the supply of the product, the feed roller of which is driven by a motor-reducer.
The rollers of the flattening machine are driven by individual motors. The minimum gap between the rollers ∆ min = 0.1 mm with the possibility of smooth adjustment. The machine is equipped with a request mechanism and mechanisms for coarse and fine adjustment of the working gap between the rollers, a device for cleaning the rollers. To improve the accuracy of installation of the rollers, their trunnions are made conical, with the possibility of hydraulic bearing removal. The machine is equipped with an automatic control panel based on an industrial controller.
