Weighing dispenser for pellets, compound feed semi-automatic with vibrating feeder (ВАХ-1). Oriented exclusively for packing pellets and compound feed (other modifications of the weighing dispenser allow working with coffee, cereals and other food products).
The fraction for packing from 2 to 10 mm fits in polyethylene, propylene bags from 3 to 25 kg. Paper bags from 5 to 30 kg. There is also a VAG-2 modification with a maximum weighing threshold of up to 50 kg: it has the same parameters and technical characteristics, differs in the height of the dispenser itself and the system of floor scales.
Filling speed of the dispenser: up to 5 doses/min.

Aspiration system during pellet packing
Standard packaging of granulated products is packed in 15 kg polyethylene bags, and the final type of packaging is important for the buyer, and it is completely unimportant whether it is a cloudy 60-micron bag from secondary raw materials used for the domestic market or a more expensive 100-micron bag - a transparent first-grade one is often used for export. The dust in the bag will be visible immediately, without even revealing the ego. Well, if you have a closed and non-illuminating bag, then the buyer will notice the dust granule already when using it (whether it was bought for heating or filler for cats, or packaged compound feed). I will also refuse to re-purchase this brand due to the presence of dust in the package.
The dispenser has a perforated tray for collecting dust and fine non-granular crumbs. In order for the dispenser to cope 100% with the absence of dust, an output is provided for connecting aspiration to collect crumbs and dust - this is an integral part of the granulation line, but it is located as an intermediate link, not on the packaging equipment. And while the granulated products are passing through the conveyor, nori, intermediate hopper and other parts of the packaging equipment, part of the product may crumble and dust may appear. And this situation is corrected precisely by the aspiration system on the dosing device. At the moment, there are 3 types of aspiration in our models of weighing dispensers, but they all perform the same role - they pull dust out of the granules during dosing. Aspiration installed on the dispenser will also help - if you pack a pellet from a big bag, and not produce it. Then there is no need to install a vibrating table for crushing pellets after the big run. After all, after the thickener, the granulated product will immediately fall on the packaging and all the dust will be removed by aspiration.

Connecting aspiration to the dispenser
In VAG-1/VAG-2 dosing devices, the aspiration system is very simple - there is a 100 mm oval nozzle at the back of the vibrating roller, and you connect an antistatic corrugation to it, which is then connected to the cyclone of the cooler on the granulator (OGM or any other). If you pack, as in the previous example, from big-bigs and you simply do not have a granulation line and there is nothing to connect the suction hose to, then you can use a chip extractor with min. with a power of 550-750 W. It is similarly connected to the pipe with a 100 mm corrugated hose. It is only necessary to use an antistatic hose: the edge of the corrugation is opened and the copper or copper conductor that was inside the hose must be connected to the ground that is on the dispenser. Because static discharge will periodically accumulate from the chip extractor, which is unsafe and may even periodically turn off the electronics of the dispenser.
The connection of VAG-1/VAG-2 semi-automatic machines to the cyclone / chip extractor is mandatory - to create a forced draft, without it the aspiration will practically not work!
Adjusting the shutter will allow you to "sift" the dust pellet more thoroughly - just lower it and make the flow smaller. (the speed will certainly drop, but the quality of aspiration will increase).
It is also worth noting that the aspiration diameter is 4 mm (previously there were models with meshes of 2 and 3 mm, but they worked worse), which is suitable for both standard granules of 6-8 mm and smaller ones of 2-4 mm. By fraction: aspiration captures dust and crumbs, whole granules (2-4 mm) do not fall into aspiration, because all granules have a length that prevents them from easily falling into aspiration.

High accuracy and speed of dosing.
VDSV-1/VDSV-2 packaging machines have a high dosing accuracy of 0.35%, which corresponds in practice to ±25g/15 kg or ±10g/5 kg for pellets. The packing speed is 15 kg package in 12 seconds and 5 kg package in 9 seconds. In practice, for example, when packing pellets of 15 kg per bag, the real productivity is 1.5 t/h, but for 5 kg, it is 1 t/h.

The dispenser is very easy to use. It has a convenient large bright screen and a menu with large letters in Russian or Ukrainian or another language - there are 6 of them in the controller. The dispenser is also easy to operate - a practical pedal for filling and a convenient control panel that will allow you to change the product in a matter of seconds. There is also a "dose ready" and "overload" light indication. Both the package and the bag can be conveniently clamped with clips. To adjust the flow, there is a gate with a ruler, especially this is convenient when you pack different weights - you can mark the height of the gate required for each weight on the ruler. The dispenser is equipped with rollers for easy movement. Thanks to the simplicity of the work, training a packer takes no more than 15 minutes, and simple management simplifies the work and, as a result, less distraction and fatigue during the working day.
The funnel of the packaging machine can be made with a wide or narrow mouth, depending on the size of the package. If the customer packages in both small 3.5 kg and large 15-25 kg bags (or 50 kg for the VAG-2 model), we will make an additional watering can that can be quickly changed in 10 minutes.
If you need to set up floor scales or a weighing table for the second package (bag), then for this you just need to unscrew the flaps and lower/raise the shelf. The strain gauge is installed under floor scalesweighing scales and has limiters that protect it from damage. This kind of anti-vandalism is due to the fact that the sensor is easily damaged if a bag is thrown onto the weighing platform or stepped on.
At the customer's request, the control panel can be equipped with a "dose ready" or "overload" sound signal (but this is necessary when the control cabinet is removed separately from the dispenser itself, and as a standard, the packaging machine only has a light indication without sound, so as not to distract the operator once again).

We are constantly improving the program by adding new features and updating the firmware. Thanks to all this, it is very easy to adjust or change the desired weight.
The settings of up to 10 products can be saved in the control unit, and a journal is constantly kept with the total amount of overdosed weight and doses. The controller has non-volatile memory, so after turning off the dispenser, all programs and the log are always saved.

The dosing equipment has protective grounding, a voltmeter for instant detection of problems with the network, automatic devices in the electrical cabinet, protection against network overloads, thermal protection against overheating of the feeder, notification on the controller in case of low voltage, a control pedal with dust-moisture protection, the controller has a self-diagnostic mode when turned on and can immediately identify a malfunction. All joints of the structure are sealed, and the seams are processed and rounded to avoid cuts and injuries during production. Strain gauges have protective stops that insure them against accidental overloading or falling objects. There is also an automatic shut-off during idling, i.e. if the packer forgets or leaves the device to pack on an empty hopper, the dosing device will automatically turn itself off so as not to damage the structure.
The dispenser works from a 220 V single-phase network and consumes like a home computer 250-400* W in normal operation mode and 15 W in standby mode.

When ordering, the client has the option to choose the color of the powder paint. Our company also attaches great importance to the appearance of the machines, so we can paint the dosing unit in the color (or several colors) of your choice. Painting is carried out in a paint shop with powder paint. If you take the dispenser withfolding, then there is no possibility to paint accordingly. Can be painted in up to 3 different colors. Colors are selected from the RAL catalog.

Setup and installation
We ship the weighing dispenser already ready for use: an assembled all-metal structure with parameters adjusted to the desired weight, program language: Russian, English. The frame structure of the dispenser and all internal modules are fixed with a transport bolt, which must be removed before starting work. In this way, nothing will be damaged during transportation, the frame of the dispenser can be crated upon request. No installation or adjustment is required, it will already be assembled and adjusted to the required weight. For this, it is enough to tell us what weight you will pack the product.
