Principle of operation:
The machine works on the principle of a lathe. The operator fixes the product by placing it on the sharp rod of the rotating shaft on one side and clamps it with the head of the clamping mechanism on the other side. By pressing the pedal, the operator starts the engine and the shaft starts rotating the apple. Next, the operator raises a knife with which the skin is removed from the rotating product. After cleaning, the apple goes into a container for finished products or is sent to the next stage of processing.
